This one-to-one session with your own dedicated personal trainer will help to guide and motivate you through a fun, varied and effective workout.
Whether you want one or several sessions to get you back into the swing of an exercise routine or simply want the occasional consultation to discuss your training or lifestyle issues, there is an instructor suited to your needs.
Cancellation must be given 24 hours before the session is due, otherwise the full price of the session must be paid. Failure to show for a booked appointment will also be charged at the full hourly rate.
