All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without prior notice. The range of treatments is subject to availability.

All clients are received subject to a basic health check. Clients displaying symptoms of illness or infection may not be treated. Certain medical conditions require a Doctor’s note, please contact us in advance if you are unsure about your condition.

Special awareness and precautions need to be taken if you are pregnant. Please advise us when the booking is made.

*If you have not had an eyelash or eyebrow tint within the last six months, a patch test is essential 24 hours prior to treatment. A patch test is also required if you have not had these treatments at Academy Spa.

We recommend that you do not use the solarium or have heat treatments (such as sauna, steamroom, swimming and sunbathing) for 24 hours before or after a waxing or electrolysis treatment.

Please bring open-toed shoes to wear after a pedicure.

Please wear dark, loose clothing when having a SunFX treatment.

We suggest that you pay for your manicure or re-polish before your treatment, and have any necessary items to hand for when you leave, to prevent any possible damage to your nail polish.

To begin relaxing, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the treatment start time. Unfortunately late arrival for an appointment will result in a reduced treatment time.

We must request a minimum of 4 hours' notice for any cancellation of treatments (2 hours for sunbeds). Cancellations made within 4 hours of the treatment time will be charged at full price.

Bookings for Day and Half-Day packages will be confirmed on pre-payment. We will be happy to accept credit card bookings over the telephone to confirm your reservation. For all Day and Half-Day packages, we request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation. No refund of the pre-payment will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the treatment time.

Credit card details are required to secure all bookings.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.

Treatments and facilities are not suitable for those under the age of 13.

The use of mobile phones is not permitted within the spa.
